That is worth saying plainly, and worth saying carefully.
- What it means. We handle warranty and manufacturer jobs as part of normal mobile work, and we deal with the company on the paperwork side.
- What it doesn’t mean. It isn’t approval. Your provider decides what a policy covers, and we won’t tell you a claim is covered before they do.
- It isn’t every brand. Coverage varies by company, by manufacturer and by policy. Tell us who you’re with when you call and we’ll tell you where you stand.
- Have it to hand. Policy or claim number, the rig’s details, and anything already opened with the provider.
