The problem
The generator came into HMR’s shop with multiple issues. The team assessed it to find what was preventing it from running properly.
The work
HMR diagnosed and repaired the generator at the shop, working on the existing unit rather than replacing it in full.
The outcome
HMR reported that the generator was running properly again. For this job, the business described repair as a more economical choice than replacing the entire generator.
