Help with heat and hot water
We provide Aqua-Hot service and diagnostics for RV heating and domestic hot water systems. These hydronic systems provide heat and domestic hot water, with diesel-fired systems found in larger coaches. Call about a heating or hot water problem, or to discuss system maintenance.
Describe the functions that are affected. For example, tell us whether you have a concern with interior heat, domestic hot water or both. If the problem affects only part of the coach, include that detail rather than trying to identify the cause before you call.
What Aqua-Hot service covers
Our Aqua-Hot service includes inspection and cleaning of the burner, nozzle, fuel filter and ignition components. It also covers checks for leaks, pump and zone operation, and heating and domestic hot water function.
- Burner and ignition: inspection and cleaning of the components listed in the service scope.
- Fuel-side components: the nozzle and fuel filter.
- System operation: pump and zone checks, plus heat and domestic hot water operation.
- Leaks: checking the system for leaks as part of the service.
Tell us the Aqua-Hot model, if you already have that information, and the work you are asking about. The service needed for your particular system should be discussed directly when arranging the visit.
Useful details for the first call
- Your coach. Have the RV year, make and model available.
- Your Aqua-Hot system. Share its model and any displayed message or code if already known.
- What you have noticed. Explain whether heating, hot water or a particular area of the coach is affected, and when the issue started.
- Your location. Give the city, address and where the RV is parked when asking about mobile service.

If you have a warranty or manufacturer claim, have the provider and claim details ready. We work with warranty companies and manufacturers; coverage and approval are determined by your provider and policy.
